Use Cases
Four projects where I helped make the next stage happen.
Building a business, leading market digitalisation, driving a six-month delivery and taking a product from audit to delivery planning with AI.
Virtual Lessons · Building before the market was ready
Building an online learning business from an early idea
Virtual Lessons started before live online learning had become established. I built the business with an initial budget of €10,000.
The starting point
There was no product, team, operating model or route to market. Everything had to be built from the ground up.
The decisions
Limited resources meant deciding what was essential and how the proposition, product, operations and market approach would work together.
My role
As founder, I shaped the product and business model, set up the operation and took the proposition into the market.
Outcome
An operating business, recognised among Madrid’s Best Startup Ideas and selected for Deloitte’s startup accelerator.
Yara International · Market digitalisation
Turning market needs into action inside a global organisation
I led digitalisation across the UK and Ireland, connecting local customer needs with the capabilities of a global organisation.
The challenge
The existing digital offer did not always reflect what the market needed. Local priorities had to gain support inside a much larger organisation.
How I worked
I worked across customers, commercial teams and the global digital organisation to identify common needs and translate them into clear priorities.
What I moved
I introduced relevant digital solutions into the market and pushed customer requirements back into the organisation to drive new or adapted capabilities.
Outcome
Customer needs became corporate digital action, and digital initiatives moved from the organisation into the market.
Smart Fertilizer · From product to operations
Driving a digital initiative to delivery in six months
I joined as Product Manager. The product was the starting point, but delivery depended on changes across the wider operation.
The starting point
The initiative had a six-month deadline, without all the people, management capacity or technical capability required to deliver it.
What I drove
I helped define a number of key roles and supported recruitment for specific positions. I also shaped the new product experience, drove improvements to the algorithm and coordinated the work needed for delivery.
How my role changed
My responsibility expanded from the product into teams, technology and operations as each became part of the same delivery challenge.
Product direction and definition
Moving the parts required for delivery
Leading the wider operation
Outcome
The initiative was delivered within six months. By then, my role had grown from Product Manager to Head of Operations.

Abaco Group · Strategy and AI-enabled product development
Taking a product from audit to a complete product vision
An existing digital solution needed a clearer direction and a product structure that could support its future development.
The analysis
I reviewed the business proposition, customers, market, product, delivery model and organisational structure.
The direction
I defined a five-year direction, product structure, operating model and roadmap aligned with the wider digital portfolio.
The product
I translated the strategy into requirements, user journeys, design decisions and a complete product mock-up developed with AI.
From analysis to delivery planning
Business, customers, market, product, delivery and organisation.
Five-year strategy, product structure, operating model and roadmap.
Capabilities, requirements, information structure and user journeys.
A complete representation of the proposed product experience.
Required roles, capabilities, specialist input and dependencies.
This is an anonymised representation of the process. It does not reproduce client interfaces, data or internal documentation.
My role
I owned the work from analysis and diagnosis through strategy, product definition, mock-up and delivery planning.
What AI changed
AI let me test product decisions visually, revise the requirements and take the work further before development.
Delivery needs
Identifying the resources, capabilities, specialist input and dependencies required to deliver the proposed product.
What I delivered
A complete strategy and product proposition, supported by a tangible mock-up and a clear view of what delivery would require.
